Damba is the premier cultural festival of Northern Ghana, celebrated across the Dagbon, Mamprusi, and Gonja kingdoms. Originally marking the birth of Prophet Muhammad, it has evolved into a grand celebration of royal equestrian heritage and chieftaincy.
